MTG - Question about the New Phyrexia Ravaging Swarm deck?

Hey everyone, I noticed these creatures in the deck have infect and it says the players can get dealt in poison counters. I'm curious to know back then cards would say if a player has 10 or more poison counters, then he or she loses the game. Does this rule still apply? Thanks.
