Some seeds just sprout earlier. Most of my plants say 7-14 days on the packets but some sprouted as early as 3 days if the conditions were right. There is nothing wrong with this happening and is quite normal.

What's wrong with my delphinium seedling?

The only seed that sprouted, I have just this one delphinium seedling. The leaves are now recognizable as delphinium, so it's much more established, but I don't know why it's yellowing. Is it too much sun for them? Living in SW Missouri. If there are diseases or bugs, it's my only plant. It would suck to throw it away. I did plant more seeds last week, so hopefully I'll get more. Any ideas? Should I put it in some shade?

I'm a beginner at growing cannabis. I started by germinating two seeds that come from potent strains. One that was so dark green it was almost black and the other was light green. The lighter shaded seed never germinated but the dark green one sprouted a small root hair in less than 36 hours. I let it germinate for two more days. The root hair became as long as the seed and I was eager to plant it. I put it in a plastic cup about 1/8th inch deep, root hair face down, and packed it gently. The next morning I went to check on my seedling and found that the cup had been knocked over and the seedling luckily was still intact, and the root hair had grown, not much, but it was noticeable. I replanted it. Now just this morning I checked on it again and it was knocked over, AGAIN. This time, the root hair had no noticeable growth. Is this normal?

File a harassment suit against the vet. And a restraining order. Then, find a new vet. No vet would put a dog down for merely being deaf. If you're dog is well behaved and that vet is actually worried about his well being, he would ask you to sedate Rapture before bringing him in for appointments. In my opinion, your vet probably wants to take your dog to sell him to a testing facility looking for deaf dogs to try out new devices on. No vet would offer you money otherwise.

12 wk old miniature poodle is aggressive and draws blood?

I need help. I adopted this little girl poodle at 8 wks old , when i brought her home I went to hand her the food bowl and realized i forgot to put her worm medicine in it. so i pulled it back to add the medicine and she attacked me like a ravage beast,, and left me bleeding,, after a lot of patients and determination I finally got her to not bite when i took her food away. But now she is acting out at random. For example she had gotten into the bathroom garbage and when i bent to take it form her she attacked my hand viciously, growling ,and biting leaving my hand bloody. I have a 6 yr old son whom she has bitten on his back and stomach while he was trying to play fetch with her, using a toy he bought her. He was sitting on the floor and when he picked up the toy she bit him in his stomach.hard. and then a few days later it happened again when he tried to pet her she bit his hand and when he turned away she chomped into his back,,He really cried as her bites hurt badly.. My son begs me to keep her although he is afraid to play with her, or else i would have found her another home already, I know she is only 12 weeks and small but her teeth are sharp and are guaranteed to draw blood most of the time, You must understand this is not playing she is doing this viciously.. I know the difference as i have had several dogs and currently Have a 12 yr old Pomeranian who has never bit since being trained not to, I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. .. I dont know what to do..she is fed 3 times a day just like us, and she gets snacks.these is no reason for such aggression , this dog has never been mishandled or abused, we treat her like part of the family and love her.. but I personally am starting to wish i never got her, ,, there is a very fine line between me keeping her and me giving her away.. Need really really good advice so my friend will stop treating me like crap?

How to grow vegetables on a patio garden?

We live in an apartment complex, and I have always wanted to grow vegetables. The problem is, the fence is tall and we have a huge sycamore overhead, so we barley get any light. The only place we have light is on one fence railing (that's where I have been growing a couple of radishes in a small pot) but it isn't very big and can't hold much weight. We also have a dirt patch surrounding the patio (about 12 feet long and 2 feet wide) but it gets no sun. Other than radishes, I also have two fava bean plants growing and they are now taller than me, but combined, they only have 4 bean sprouts. Is there any way I can grow some veggies on my patio? I have thought about upside down tomato planters, but I don't know if they will work when you ony have flickers of shade throughout the day in only some places that are higher up. Oh yeah, and I'm also starting carrots in a place that has about 4 hours of sun... That's the most we get and it's tiny. So yeah, is there any way I can grow veggies on my patio??? HELP PLEASE.

What medium should i use for my painting?

I've got an exhibition coming up, my first one infact, in a few months, for which i need to create a piece on identity. I shant go into too much detail but it's going to look pretty grim, i need to show a ravaged human, lots of blood and decay etc, so a very mobid feel to it overall. I want it to be high in fine detail in certain areas, as that's what i'm good at, though not nessacarily everywhere. I want it to look realistic, not abstract or cartoony etc, but want to have a stark contrast between light and dark. So what do you suggest i use? I have already considered inks, as they would be fantastic for fine detail, and have briefly considered gouache, but have never used it before and do not know how it turns out. I hear is it really thick, but not good for multiple layers. I like the idea of a rough, choppy feel with rich colours but i would feel more comfortable being able to paint over mistakes etc so the layers are a problem. I just need it pretty dark and disturbing - What do you think i should use? All help is majorly appreciated, thankyou <3

As the soldier walked through the ravaged landscape with the boy in his arms, they heard the boy's father calling out to him. I'm a Canadian, working for a Canadian company that has hired a company within the USA to produce a product for us. I'm paid by the Canadian company, and I travel to the United States to go over the functional requirements of our product with the United States company. At the border today, I was questioned about my involvement, and I explained this flow to the border agent, but I'm not sure he fully understood. He asked if I had a letter from my Canadian company, and I handed over the signed letter from our CEO explaining my role in the company as well as the need for me to travel to the United States to oversee work done by our supplier. He granted me the B1 Visa and said the next time I cross the border, I will probably have to provide more documentation or to acquire a work permit otherwise I may be refused entry. I've done some reading on work permits, and it seems to involve being a Canadian getting hired by an American company, which is not the situation I'm in. I am the unofficial stepmom of a 7 year old girl. My boyfriend and I would like to get custody of his daughter. She tells us often that she doesn't want to live with her mother anymore. According to law at least 4 of those kids need to be in a carseat which we know for a fact they are not. We don't really have a lot of money at this point but we do know that my stepdaughter is miserable, even with the new baby on the way she still tells us she wants to be with us. At her home now she doesn't have her own bed or own space. She has to decide which one of the girls she is going to share a bed with, and one of those mattress set's my boyfriend bought for her. We hear stories that she isn't getting enough to eat and see the proof when she ravages her dinner or food we have at our house. Childrens services in our area is basically useless, my question is what are our options? At what point are we able to get someone to step in and say ok this isn't right and these kids need to be with more responsible parents? If it means that my boyfriend and I would need to get married to get custody of her we will. We are planning on it anyways but want to take care of his daughter's needs first. What are her rights? At what point is someone going to listen to what she has to say? We need advice, please help us help her.

I was watching a bird's nest for a while, there was an American Goldfinch and a Brown-Headed Cowbird in the nest. This nest was a result of brood parasitism, from the Cowbird. The two birds hatched and I began observing them. Already there was a HUGE size difference between the two babies. Anyways, three days after they hatched, and went to go check on them. The nest was empty (and destroyed). On the ground was the two baby birds. I immediately took the baby birds inside, and put them in my brooder/incubator. The Cowbird was eating perfectly and growing. The American Goldfinch was not healthy. Before I could take him to a rehabber, he died (two days after I took him in). Now I have been handfeeding the cowbird for almost a week, and starting to wean him. I am experienced bird keeper... So he is in the best of care. I have some other birds, and they are now bonded with him as well! I am just wondering, is it legal to keep a Brown-Headed Cowbird as a pet (because of the brood parasitism, many people are prejudiced against them... and even kill them! How can I put slight of hand pro to use in MW2/Black Ops?

Ok I know that not many people play MW2 anymore. I know there is just noob tubers, boosters and annoying quick skopers in it. But they are the reason on why I want to crush them. I have watched a man named "The Sandy Ravage" play MW2 with the ump45 silenced with slight of hand pro and he uses it when his reflexes are at his peek. I mean he is beast. I get my moments of good game plays and am almost first place every time in my lobby. But one of Sandy's vids called "Best of the rest MW2 destruction" he goes on monster mode. I don't know how he does it. He knows the spawns and everything but when I try to get everyone I just get shot. I do not like to give up in my game play, I put effort into my game plays. I play to win and get my kills/kill streaks. I have played with scavenger and it's ok, what I don't like about it is that you can't play aggressive with it too much(but in Black Ops you can have slight of hand and scavenger). When I try I fail. I like Scavenger with the Scar-H and get a decent 40-50 kills but that's defensive, I want to be more aggressive. I mean I am aggressive but I want to be SUPER AGGRESSIVE and not die, hard but possible. But I want to know is there any tips on using slight of hand? I want to live stream on Justin tv. I want to crush everyone in MW2 first then when I get Black Ops(Don't have it yet, played at friends house) crush them as well. Some do and some don't. I can't speak for everyone, but I can tell you that this is a big deal in part because the UK are our allies. My 7-foot Cryptomeria suffered bad winter damage and the top three feet of the leader and branches were totally dead, so I had to prune them all off. first i would not recommend 50/50 solder for it contains lead. this is no longer allowed on potable water systems. locate 95/5 or 60/40 solder, soldering flux,emory cloth or sandpaper and a map gas or propane torch. first clean the copper pipes end to where the fitting will be soldered, clean the inside of the male adapter. apply a generous amount of solder flux to both male fitting and copper pipe. heat the fitting and not the pipe, apply solder and when the fitting sucks in the solder, you should have a good penetration. check around the fitting and you should see a bright shiny ring around the fitting with no pits or gaps. this is basically soldering 101, best of luck .

What can do with these turmeric roots?

A while ago I got some whole turmeric roots, and they've been sitting in their bag for a while and I just went to get them so I could use them and most of them are beginning to sprout. There's one rally big one and a smaller one that both have pretty big sprouts (compared to the rest) maybe a cm and the other an inch or almost an inch. Is it possible to plant these two roots and have them grow into a plant, or would that just not work? Would they just die? The dmv commited a false act what can i do?

im trying to get my license and they told me when i first walked in 2009 that the 2008 year count for taking learners permit. so i took them 2 times that year thinking that the 2008 year count. which means you can only take them 3 times. july i called the dmv and they told me the 2008 year do not count and they claim i took it 3 times in 2009. while i know i didnt even proof from my cab because he only picked me up 2 times that year. 2009. they claim i came in 3 times and took the tests and i have to take a driving class. Hi, I originally asked a question on how stereotyping is wrong. and I got one response. It was a response that had some truth in it, but most of it I thought was crap. for instance, they were saying how gay people "CAN'T" make God happy, and God made AIDS as a punishment for gay people, saying gay people who "disobey" God have their punishment of AIDS and die. Because Gay people want to be who they want to be, they die for it, and this person says this is a reasonable and just punishment, for he also said God was just. I believe in God (and I'm not just saying it)and i respect him immensely, yet I don't believe Gay people are bad. Straight people die from sexually-transmitted diseases too, right? They also said that satan is ravaging their body if they're gay, and need to be exorcised, or even people who are confused on their sexuality are not in the hands of God and Satan could be attacking their body too. This person also said he doesn't biblically believe in gay people, since they "can't" meet eye-to-eye with god, so most of them go to Hell. I don't know about you, but I think that was a pretty good paraphrase of his answer. Now, I know there is freedom of speech, but if anyone attacks people for stuff they can't control ( race, color, sexuality) or stuff they want to do that still doesn't affect us (religion), they DON'T deserve a voice. I maybe an asexual, but I still think gay, bi etc. people needed to be treated better than this. he says most straight people and people who please God are the only ones that will make it to Heaven. Had dreams like that before, usually after eating something which didn't agree with me or after seeing a horror show. You can "warn them" all you like but most will either ignore you or think you are nuts. Mock pear roots sprouting leaves everywhere?

We have a mock pear tree in our yard and its roots are sprouting what looks like little trees all over around it. My question is how on earth do I get rid of them? They are horrible! My ducks wing feathers have been bleeding?

I own two young ducklings who's wing feathers have just started growing, and I've noticed a problem. On Saturday, one of the ducks new wing feather "sprout" had snapped, therefore bleeding and making a horrible mess. Then it happened on Sunday, but on the other wing. Okay, so, today I took my permit test. I passed the road signs portion of the test and didn't miss any questions but then I took the road rules portion of the test twice and missed five questions so it automatically failed me. After that I came home and Googled the answers for all of the questions in the back of the Florida Driver's Handbook and now I'm studying those.. I was just wondering if I study those do you think that will be enough for me to pass the road rules portion of the test? It's 71 questions to study and the actual test only has 20 questions. I'm a fourteen year old girl and I'm very thin... Thing is I'm sprouting a pretty good double chin because I've been eating so much. So I'm thinking of picking up eating clean. Of course I want to lose weight (need to lose weight) but eating clean is within my personal beliefs as well, so I think it may be something I can stick to as well as, hopefully, lose weight with. But in looking at a website, it claims that eating eggs and bread is okay. To me it seems a bit weird because aren't chickens injected with all kinds of crap to make them produce eggs faster -- eggs are also "unclean" no? and bread is cooked and preserved, isn't it? I planted my corn last Sunday, and today we got quite a bit of rain. I came home today and noticed that my corn started to sprout, but I'm not sure if it's my corn... Because this is my first time growing corn and it doesn't look like what I've seen corn sprout like. Question about road test?

I'm about to take my road test here in Arkansas. I'm 15. Right now I have an INSTRUCTION permit. According to the insurance company there is a different between that and a learners permit. Anyways I first got my permit at 14, I passed the written test the first time but it expired after a year, so I had to take it again which again I passed. So this time it expires in March of 2012. Which is after my birthday in Feb. so I will be 16 by then. Anyways, my question is if I go ahead and take the road test and pass, will I have to take it again when i'm 16? It depends on what kind of soil is in your yard. If you had them in potting soil, that's made to encourage plants to grow. Sometimes the dirt in the yard doesn't have the nutrients potting soil has. If they're only 4 inches tall, they probably don't have a large root system yet. You might dig down about a foot all around them and transplant them again. I put my tomatoes into Home Depot buckets (two buckets stacked together). I drilled holes in the bottom of the top bucket and drilled a 3-inch diameter hole in the middle of its bottom. I also drilled some holes into the sides of the top bucket about four inches from the bottom. I set the top bucket into the bottom bucket, put a plastic cup into the bottom of the top bucket, and filled it with a mixture of potting soil and fertilizer into the top bucket. I then put the tomato plants into the dirt mixture. The roots will grow down into the soil. I water about every other day, using a "mist" setting. Don't just dump water into the bucket. When you see water coming out of the holes in the sides of the bucket, you'll know you've watered enough. I got tomato plants when they were about two inches tall in little peat moss pots. They're now almost three feet tall, and full of blooms. I also spray the leaves about twice a week. i expect them to start producing tomatoes within about two-three weeks (middle to end of June). Rules, laws, regulation, constriction, inflammation? Whats wrong witht the world today?... My dads frined and my mom grew up in the 70's... They said times were more laid back and less tightly controlled and everyone wasnt as worried about everyone sueing each other (i couldnt get a dirtbike b/c of no where to ride it without ppl fearing of being sued) and they said the 1970's had less enviormental laws, less seatbelt worries, less smoking laws, less rules and u could ur liscence at 16 not a permit and wait like 2 years to get ur lisecne. I planted seeds, but now?? HELP!!?

I planted herb seeds according to zone directions and all.. They have sprouted and the basil is the only one that looks halfway decent.. All of the seedlings (basil, catnip,cilantro,dill, chamomile, lavender, and rosemary) are about an inch tall, but have stopped growing, and wont stand up!! (laying flat against the soil) They have their first true leaves... HELP!!!! I am worried that they may not of gotten enough sunlight.. Could this be the problem??
