Questions concerning american citizenships/green cards?

There is no guarantee of getting a green card being a police officer or doctor would get you a green card easy but normal people who wont benefit the people of the USA are considered less important and the US government wont care if your brothers there and your not thousands of families get split up because of the USAs cruel immigration laws.
